Binge Watching

So many streaming platforms have great content and this great programming leads to binge watching.  Want to see the whole season of Bridgerton, Project Runway, or Top Chef? No problem. Just press play!

You can be caught off guard while binge watching. After several hours of viewing you might find yourself hungry, uncomfy, and in need of some stretching! Take note and avoid the pains that come with binge-ing with a bit of preplanning. 

What do you need to do to prepare yourself for life on the couch or in your bed? 

  1. Fill a water bottle
  2. Prepare a snack tray with sweet, salty, fruity options.
  3. Add a couple of napkins on your tray
  4. Have your phone charger nearby and ready to go
  5. Arrange pillows for optimal comfort

Being prepared to enjoy a day immersed in a binge worthy program is worth it.  Enjoy your indulgent time.
