Pillows come in all shapes, sizes and densities. Propensities for pillow preference equals the variety of pillows on the market place. The question remains, how to choose the right pillow for your best comfort?
Some people are side sleepers, wedge sleepers, back sleepers, or stomach sleepers. Some people sleep in chairs, on couches, or on hammocks. Sleep is what keeps us healthy and the pillow, mattress, sheets, or blankets just provide that extra support to extend the rest.
When searching for the best pillow for your comfort you must do some homework. Identify the kind of sleeper you are and look for pillows that are uniquely designed to meet those needs. When traveling and staying in a hotel or at a friend’s home, take note of their pillow if it is comfortable for you.
Having a variety of pillows to meet your needs on a given night enables you to swap out our pillow should it not bring you comfort. A one size fits all solution might not be the standard to try to live by. Perhaps the mantra should be “feels good right now.”
